Brief

The Power of Us Virtual Conference brings together some of the best speakers from Telegraph Spark and Legal & General’s year-long campaign, showcasing how L&G aim to build a better society, whilst improving the lives of their customers and creating value for shareholders. As an in-person event was no longer an option, Telegraph Spark instead asked Resolutions to produce an engaging branded virtual experience.

Our Response

It was our task to bring every element of the virtual experience to life. Shifting focus to an online audience, we limited segments to 40 minutes, spread over two morning sessions. We designed a graphical title sequence, created in-show VT segments, studio designs and branding. The event was live streamed from a central London studio, where the host could interact with remote participants via the in-studio screen for a more engaging – TV-style – experience.

Keynote presentations were pre-recorded remotely and composited over a branded virtual studio to provide a coherent design. Resolutions provided all creative content, remote and studio production, recording and editing for on-demand viewing. We also provided the event-branded platform and sign-up page, which hosted the livestream and live audience interaction.

Results

The virtual experience clearly demonstrated how Legal and General bring their concept of inclusive capitalism to life. Working collaboratively, we ensured the virtual experience achieved and exceeded the client’s engagement goals.
